Develop and design layouts of equipments and establish the sequence of operation to ensure optimal utilization of raw materials; Develop control systems to ensure production process operates efficiently and within the specific quality standards; Conduct root cause analysis to analyze cause of delays and implement Lean Six Stigma to eliminate waste and improve performance; Conduct product inspection and testing activities to ensure quality control; Estimate production costs and recommend cost saving methods to improve production; Review production reports, purchase order, material and tools lists and prepare Technical documents.

Minimum Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related fields and 1-year experience as Industrial Engineer/Operations Engineer/Process Engineer. Experience must include developing control systems; implementing Lean Six Stigma to improve performance and eliminate waste. Â
